Terms & Conditions

 

TERMS: All orders will be shipped prepaid, credit card, Shipping, handling, insurance and C.O.D. charge extra.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Ian Boettcher Race Parts. Any returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge which will be applied to a credit or exchange. No cash refunds. All returned merchandise
must be in original package. No returns on parts that have been installed. No returns on special orders. No returns on wheels or tires or special ordered items.
No returns after 30 days. Any return freight charges are at the purchaser's expense.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Any item deemed to be "Special Order" and are non-returnable.

SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE: Inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Shortages must be reported to Ian Boettcher Race Parts within 3 business days. Damage claims must be reported immediately to the freight carrier. Hold original cartons, all packing material and damaged merchandise for inspection by freight carrier, otherwise no damage claims can be honoured.

PRICING: All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in the cost materials and manufacturing.

SPECIALS & CLEARANCE ITEMS: Items with special prices and clearance items are not subject to any further discounts or returns.

SHIPPING: To find out the shipping charges that apply to you, simply add the items to your shopping cart and proceed accordingly to the checkout where the full cost will be calculated and displayed before you make any payment.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Ian Boettcher Race Parts is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
All items are shipping via local couriers or Interstate freight companies. If your order is recieved late in the afternoon, public holidays or weekends, overnight or next day delivery is not guarenteed.
 
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
 We endeavor to process and dispatch orders within 2 working days of receipt and delivery within 7 working days from dispatch. Delivery times will vary for regional and remote locations or depending on the type of shipping option selected at the checkout e.g. Air Freight or Road Express.
 
We endeavor, under all circumstances, to ensure that the correct weight of a product is “as stated”. If we discover a discrepancy in the stated weight and we have calculated incorrectly, you will be telephoned to seek advice on additional or reduced freight costs.
 
All goods remain property of Ian Boettcher Race Parts until full payment
